Anyone want some Joost invites?

Joost - Anyone want an invite?I guess most interested people have an invite by now, but if anyone still missing one.. Just leave a comment in this post and I’ll send you one.

Joost is the new way to watch TV – streaming on the net. It has good quality, it’s free and loads of channels. Last time I checked, the “quality” of the shows wasn’t that big but I can see the shows getting better as the company gets more money in the future. Right now they are still in BETA test, but will be released to the public not to far away.

    I am currently a high school senior, but soon, with graduation, will be just another guy, who is taking a year off before college. I plan to blog out that whole year, utilizing every hack and eye candy in my web 2.0 utility belt. It would be nice to have Joost to talk about too, and nicer to have it so I can no longer worry about monthly cable bills and instead focus on broadband internet costs.

    Yikes! Wasn’t really expecting this “big-bang” of comments. Invites been sent to all of you, so be sure to have a nice time on Joost. Also remember to share the invites to other people who might need them… One of the fundamentals in Joost is “Sharing”.

    Yes, the variation of shows is quite good, but the quality must get abit better. I read some technews about they will start broadcasting some sports like NHL which I know will bring alot of people to their services. Also they made deals with Viacom which might eventually bring movies from Paramount Pictures and such..

    Good luck with your new blog, be sure to tell me the URL once you get it running. Would be fun to watch you evolve, techblogs usually get alot of attention if kept updated.
