patGal announced!
I finally decided to start my own gallery plugin for Wordpress 1.5. To keep me motivated, I added this plugin to a contest. Deadline is within 2 months, but I allready got some stuff working. Once it’s done, it’s gonna need some extended testing as well as tuning and making the code a bit more readable.
I got some experience in making galleries, so I doubt it will be any issues there. More afraid of the integration with wordpress since it’s using it’s own Plugin API. Will hopefully learn something out of this project and maybe get some inspiration to do more plugins. I still got some nifty and cool ideas to complete.

I was folowing your progress at the plugin competition blug but you kind of dropped off after april 24th. I would just like to say i am looking foward to this. Feel free to email me if you need any beta testers.

Are you still working on patGal? I hope so, even if the competition is awfully close to its end. I also hope you’re okay healthwise, it’s very quiet on your blog.

Hey there,
I had my life full of realtime issues, so haven’t had a chance or been to tired to add stuff to the blog. Anyway, I will be taking this week of from work to do some stuff that’s been running behind and one of it is this patGal thingie. I really want it myself, so I will probablly get up something before the competition ends. Even thou winning isn’t part of my plan.
Thanks for giving such nice replies, stuff like this sure gives more motivation.
